Return Policy We at Majd Studio care about serving you in a distinguished way, and to achieve this, we kindly ask you to read the conditions below before making a purchase: If there is a confirmed error in the order, we will take the appropriate action to correct it and bear the costs. – We apologize for canceling the order after payment. We disclaim responsibility for any shipment returned to us due to the customer not responding to the calls of the representative or shipping companies, and for any shipment not received by its owner within 15 days. If the customer wishes to resend the order, they must pay the shipping cost again. We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by shipping companies, as we do our utmost to process orders promptly, and we cannot control external conditions related to shipping companies and delivery agents. If the product is intact and the customer requests a return, the amount can be refunded only before the order is shipped. In case of requesting a return of the intact shipment, the buyer bears the cost of returning the shipment, and the shipping fee plus an administrative fee of 10 riyals will be deducted. Returns are accepted within a maximum of 15 working days. Product cancellation or return can be requested before the shipping process; we are unable to cancel the order after it has been shipped.
